Where we ship
Meraki Nails currently ships to valid addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing times
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Rates and delivery
Standard shipping is $6.00 and is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $75.00. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after carrier pickup. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking and address changes
Tracking information is sent to the email supplied at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.
Lost or damaged shipments
Report a damaged, incorrect, or missing shipment to ulannail@pm.me within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. Include the order number and clear photos when applicable.
