30-day returns
Unused and unopened products in their original packaging may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.
Items we cannot accept
For hygiene and safety, used, opened, altered, or incomplete products cannot be returned. Final-sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable unless required by law.
Start a return
Email ulannail@pm.me with your order number and the item you wish to return. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges and return postage are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Banks may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
